I’ve been where you are…TIRED OF BEING TIRED / SICK OF STRUGGLING / STUCK IN THE SPIRAL 😵💫
On the surface, I had the perfect life, but inside I was overwhelmed, exhausted, & stuck in survival mode.
It wasn’t until I started climbing that I was able to finally break free from the habits and mindset that was limiting me.
As a teen growing up in the 2009 Tumblr era, I met my best friend online. I’ve experienced the power of the internet to form genuine human connections.
So, when I found myself stuck in the MESSY MIDDLE OF THE UNKOWN, I did what I knew best — started posting online about my struggles and documenting my journey about learning to climb.
Playful movement helped my mind catch up with what my body had been feeling all along. After a decade of trying to fit into the box of who I thought I was supposed to be, I realized the tension inside me was because I was living a life that i’d outgrown.
Once I started choosing myself, everything changed. My 11-year relationship ended; I left my career in education for climbing; got laid off from the “dream” gym job; and now I’m starting my own business.
As I navigated the MESSY MIDDLE, I found a deeper connection with my purpose: serving as a coach and educator for my community.
I had to do it alone, but you don’t! That’s why I’ve created a sustainable system to help you restore energy and self‑trust so you can take action toward your goals.
